Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to create 5-year strategic roadmaps

- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for C-suite decision-makers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patentable innovations and market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
