Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026's disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product development
- Author thought leadership publications and present to Fortune 500 boards
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Quantify market opportunities for exponential technologies
- Maintain proprietary Future Intelligence Database with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
