Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead innovation workshops for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and client presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks for client organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology impact assessment, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives for enterprise clients
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
