Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder communications on emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Systems Dynamics)
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends preferred
