- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists in transdisciplinary methodology and ethical foresight
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants from public-private partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Transdisciplinary Sciences
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or policy foresight roles
- Published research on technology singularity or human augmentation
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future-focused innovations
- Proficiency in Python, Causal AI, and futures simulation tools
- Security clearance or ability to obtain for classified projects
