Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026+ innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into tangible development roadmaps
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for cross-functional teams
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
