Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to produce actionable foresight reports
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for anticipated disruptions
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate future intelligence into product development and corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership content positioning FutureVision as a futurism authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Experience working with C-suite in fast-paced tech environments
