Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and scenario analyses
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Design and implement ethical innovation governance frameworks
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
