Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry pioneers
- Create and manage an innovation pipeline aligned with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into successful commercial ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (minimum 5 peer-reviewed publications)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
