Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, geopolitics, and social dynamics
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and roadmapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Represent the organization at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and product development
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
