Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact executive reports and presentations translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases tracking emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Sociology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
