Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps and strategic frameworks to guide organizational innovation and long-term planning
- Partner with R&D and product teams to incubate future-focused initiatives and market-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content on emerging futures and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies and future-proof decision-making processes
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers to inform strategic direction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects and thought leadership publications
