Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable insights
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and sustainable practices of emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and investment opportunities for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
