Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and visualizations for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Establish global thought leadership through published research, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends with quantitative and qualitative analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend-tracking platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors across global innovation hubs
- Publication record in futurist journals or major industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools and blockchain/cryptography fundamentals
