Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments aligned with future market demands
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling visual narratives
- Design and lead organizational change initiatives to embed future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives or published thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
