Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Advise executive teams on risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Build and maintain a network of academic, industry, and government futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-facing R&D
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-strategy translation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record advising Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
