- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives and product teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight publications for industry thought leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Advise on long-term investments in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
