- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into priorities
- Author whitepapers and trend reports that influence industry discourse
- Build scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
