Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and scenario-planning reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilot projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
