Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen research
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year horizon strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and large-scale stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
