Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future trends
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on long-term innovation opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (economics, technology, or futures studies)
