- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D with market evolution
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing in development cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and competitive readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and adaptation
