- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans (5+ years)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
