Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term vision
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and patent applications
- Mentor futurist talent while building strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive analytics and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 organizations
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leader in innovation journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent methodology training
