Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement innovation pipelines targeting 5-10 year horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Experience leading high-stakes strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
