Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and technology adoption strategies for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR integration, autonomous systems, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design ethical frameworks for future technology deployment and digital transformation
- Mentor junior technologists in future-thinking methodologies and strategic innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and human-machine interfaces
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology foresight journals
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and Fortune 500 boards
