In our Austin innovation hub, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams developing AI-driven sustainability frameworks, quantum-secure networks, and immersive human augmentation technologies. You'll collaborate with industry pioneers, academic researchers, and government agencies to translate theoretical breakthroughs into real-world applications that address humanity's most pressing challenges while unlocking unprecedented opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-vision technology roadmaps spanning AI ethics, climate modeling, and neural interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and decentralized autonomous systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for emerging tech adoption
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Chair the Future Ethics Council to ensure responsible innovation alignment with global standards
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics and simulation modeling for societal impact forecasting
- Oversee development of adaptive human-AI collaboration frameworks for next-gen workplaces
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum technologies from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling, complex systems theory, and exponential technologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine symbiosis or climate tech
- Experience with cross-cultural stakeholder management and international policy development
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
