Responsibilities
- Design and implement the next generation of generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the architecture of MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including multimodal learning and agentic workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
