Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time production environments.
- Conduct research on emerging techniques in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multimodal AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the AI roadmap for 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model training loops.
- Experience deploying models using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in vector databases and semantic search technologies.
