Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale language models using state-of-the-art architectures.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and researchers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and mitigate potential biases in model outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, TorchServe, TGI).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
