Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art LLMs and generative architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms in computer vision and NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
