Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise software implementations and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align projects with business objectives
- Manage $1M+ budgets and vendor relationships for critical technology initiatives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for 15+ member cross-functional teams
- Track KPIs and deliver executive-level project status reports to stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and improve departmental processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in IT project management with 3+ years in corporate leadership roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and cloud migrations
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change leadership
- Strong proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Power BI
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
