Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines that power our core products.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy to handle large-scale data sets.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, establishing best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay current with the latest research in the ML/AI space and evaluate new technologies to integrate into our stack.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and monitoring of deployed models in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
