Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation workflows across email, web, and social channels
- Lead segmentation strategy using CRM and analytics platforms to personalize customer journeys
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimization plans
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and engagement
- Integrate marketing automation with sales tools (Salesforce, Marketo) to align lead nurturing processes
- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and emerging martech trends
- Collaborate with product teams to create lifecycle marketing campaigns that reduce churn
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot Enterprise
- Proven track record of designing complex lead nurturing programs with 30%+ conversion lift
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and audience segmentation
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketo Engage
- Experience implementing GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliant email workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field
