Responsibilities

- Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with rigorous ROI tracking and optimization
- Mentor a team of 5 marketing specialists while fostering a culture of innovation
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align marketing with corporate objectives
- Oversee corporate events and thought leadership initiatives in Tampa's business ecosystem
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) with 8+ years progressive marketing experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level marketing campaigns in B2B tech sector
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Strong team leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams
