Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists and manage $2M+ annual budget
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Measure KPIs and present quarterly performance reports to leadership
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of developing and scaling marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
