Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics and operational data to implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage the annual budget, forecast expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operations with corporate strategic goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations within the Oakland office.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment within the Oakland metropolitan area.
