Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff members.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans and policies to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Finance, HR, and Sales to align operations with company goals.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to corporate operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate function.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience in the technology or corporate sector is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions in a remote or hybrid setting.
