Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational workflows and supply chain logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Manage annual budgets, forecast financial performance, and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR to drive company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and project management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
