Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Create and maintain a compelling product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to ensure product success.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including feature definition, prioritization, A/B testing, and post-launch analysis.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the squad.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Analytics: Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
