- Develop and champion a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project milestones.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably within high-growth tech environments.
- Demonstrated success in launching 0-to-1 products and managing complex, multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, ProductBoard).
