- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level SaaS products using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and timelines
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client-facing teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct post-project retrospectives
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize team workflows using Jira/Confluence
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with scaled frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Track record of delivering complex projects on-time/on-budget
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
