Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting through weekly progress reviews
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior project managers to foster team growth and capability building
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries
