Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments and system integrations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for complex technical initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes using JIRA and Asana platforms
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M with variance tracking and forecasting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
