Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to deliver high-impact initiatives on schedule and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards, status reports, and governance meetings
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team velocity and product quality
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for complex technical deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- Proven expertise with agile frameworks (Scrum Master or CSM certification required)
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- PMP certification mandatory; PgMP or PRINCE2 considered advantageous
- Experience with budget management exceeding $1M and stakeholder communication at executive level
