- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise clients
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (dev, QA, design) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies proactively
- Present executive-level progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience with enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in SaaS or FinTech industries highly valued
