Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting sessions
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, UX designers, and QA specialists
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for optimal project tracking
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards
- Monitor project budgets and timelines while maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS implementations
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering projects within financial services sector
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Miro)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex project delivery
