Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex corporate projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance in real-time, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasts to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 5+ years in project management within a corporate or logistics environment.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or Agile (Scrum/Master) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
