Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs using Jira and MS Project
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level projects in financial services or tech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid project methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workforces
