Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-target delivery
- Facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution for complex technical projects
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and budgets $500K+
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare IT projects preferred
